Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • What is the Exchange policy on Dhwani?

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold. Once the Dhwani pieces are sold, they can be exchanged only once (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

If the product is not from the sale section, you may write to us at dhwanivof@gmail.com within 3 days or 72 hours of delivery to raise a request for exchange

Make a video while opening the package (Full Unboxing Video showing both Sides Of the parcel and the Seal). Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product without unboxing video proof.

Once approved by the Dhwani team for the exchange request, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the shipping address. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

1. Exchange can be done within three days from the date of delivery

2. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, are eligible for exchange.

3. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel.

4. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.

5. Sale selection products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will accept exchanges. Please make sure to record an unboxing video of the parcel as proof.

6. Once we receive the product, a quality check will be done by the Dhwani team. Only if it passes the quality check will the product become eligible for return. 

7. Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost of to & fro with a validity of 90 days from the date of store credit receipt.

8. The cost of shipping to & from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
